Delegate Chris Head receives major endorsements and recognition for the June 9th House of Delegates Primary

ROANOKE – May 20, 2015. Delegate Chris Head announced today that he has received two major endorsements and several awards for the June 9th House of Delegates Primary in the 17th District. Delegate Head has been endorsed by the National Rifle Association (NRA) and the National Federation of Independent Business (NFIB). In addition he has earned an A+ rating and the Champion of Free Enterprise Award from the Virginia Chamber of Commerce. He was also named a Champion of Regulatory Reform and a top Small Business Advocate.

They are staunch advocates for their members and I am grateful to have the opportunity to work with them serving my constituents. I have a proven track record in the General Assembly as evident by these endorsements and awards and I look forward to continuing that service for many years to come,” said Delegate Head.

Delegate Head is running in the 17th House District Republican Primary scheduled for June 9th.

Delegate Head was elected into office in 2011. He represents the 17th District, which includes the City of Roanoke and portions of Botetourt and Roanoke Counties, and the Town of Vinton. He is a member of the House Committees on Finance, Health, Welfare and Institutions and Militia, Police and Public Safety.
